Lisa, a Delaware native, attended Dover High School and Delaware State University, majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Music.

Her childhood experience with the family business running Sandy Bluff Apartments and Motel in Dewey Beach served as a strong foundation for hard work and resiliency. Lisa held important roles during the ground floor stages of both Nutri-System and Catalog Resources, Inc. in Dover before working with Citicorp/Citibank.

Lisa has served as CFO for B.I.G. since its inception managing the books for the business and processing payroll. She is also partner in a real estate holding company, DL Five LLC.

Blessed with six children and two grandchildren, Lisa enjoys time with her family, cooking, singing, sunsets and gardening as well as serving in the community as a hospital volunteer or advocate for different women's ministries.

David is the President and Chief Compliance Officer of B.I.G. Investment Services. He got his start in financial services through the life insurance industry in 1993 and has been serving individual investors as a full service financial advisor for nearly 20 years.

Tessa is the Office Manager for BIG Investment Services. She graduated from Bellevue University with a degree in Business Management and Marketing.

Skipper is the C.E.O. “Chief Emotional Officer” at B.I.G. Investment Services. His main role is to greet clients with a welcoming and happy disposition as well as work with B.I.G. staff to keep their spirits lifted throughout the day.
