What is your investment philosophy?

B.I.G. Investment Services strives to ensure your money is aligned with your life. As such, we strive to manage our investment models to fit our clients needs in regards to risk tolerance, tax consequences and investment objectives such as growth or income. Once we have determined your individual needs in these regards, we allocate your money to help meet those needs and then deploy a tactical approach within to try and enhance returns and minimize risk depending on current market conditions. How do you communicate and how often?

Taking a pro-active approach, our clients have ongoing 6 to 12 month reviews scheduled in advance. These appointments consist of close monitoring of your financial plan and review of your investment performance. Need to see us sooner? Just give us a call or send us an email.

Do you offer a free initial consultation?

Yes. This meeting, which usually lasts between 1-2 hours, is all about introductory questions designed to give us a comprehensive understanding of both your financial situation and goals. It's also a great chance for us to evaluate if we are a good fit for each other.

How should I prepare for my first meeting?

To make the most out of our initial consultation, we provide you with a list of some documents and minor pre-work to complete prior to our appointment. Things like current statements, tax returns and retirement plan information —anything that provides a snapshot of your financial situation. Do you offer Zoom or phone meetings?

Is my money safe?

As a fiduciary, B.I.G. does not hold your assets directly within our firm. Your assets are held at large established custodians such as Wells Fargo Advisors, Charles Schwab or Fidelity to name a few. This provides protection for our clients as well as ease of business operations for our firm, keeping your money safe and our operations running smoothly.
